Senior Quality Manager

• You are responsible for quality management for the development departments and the newly built production site.
• You develop the company certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 further to EN/AS 9100.
• You conduct training courses, workshops and audits and thus actively promote quality awareness throughout the company.
• You lead a small, agile quality team and passionately adapt your organizations and company processes to constant change.
• You are responsible for all internal and external audits and support purchasing with supplier audits.

• You have successfully studied engineering or completed a scientific degree.
• You already have several years of professional experience in quality management and have been involved in the introduction of QM systems.
• You already have at least five years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry; ideally in series production for mechatronics, opto-mechanics, electronics or aerospace.
• You are an experienced moderator of workshops and are very familiar with common QM methods (e.g. FMEA, Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D report, …).
• You have a confident and convincing demeanor and know how to coach highly motivated employees and colleagues.
• You are characterized by a strong ability to think analytically, and you work responsibly and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You speak fluent English and, if possible, also German.
