Team Lead Embedded Software Development
 

• You are responsible for an agile embedded software development team working on high-precision mechatronics for aerospace applications.
• You improve the effectiveness, quality, and engineering speed of your team, including driving our DevOps methods, the implementation of CI/CD, and automated testing.
• You collaborate with team members and stakeholders on requirement specification and identify synergies for standardization and re-use of SW across all our products.

• You have successfully studied engineering or computer science.
• You already have several years of professional experience in in the field of embedded software and good knowledge of real-time embedded systems, C/C++ and Linux operating system.
• You also gained experience in driver development on different microcontroller architectures, as well as bus systems; experience on mechatronics and/or embedded control systems is a plus.
• You bring good records from coaching international SW development teams.
• You are characterized by a very structured way of working and you work in a responsible and solution-oriented manner.
• You speak fluent English and, if possible, also German.
